If your organisation has utilised Black Pear Core by using the Contextual Launch icon within SystmOne, there may be a requirement to remove the icon from SystmOne.
To remove the Black Pear Core contextual launch icon from your organisations shared toolbar, please follow the steps below and remember to contact our support team if you require any assistance throughout this process.
Removing the Black Pear Core Icon
1. To start, within SystmOne go to Setup > Users & Policy > URL & Program Maintenance
2. Once in the URL & Program Maintenance view you should now be able to see a list of previously configured URL's. In this example we will use the Black Pear Core (Testing) URL.
Locate and right click on the required URL and select Delete URL
3. Once Deleted you may find that the icon remains, but is greyed out.
If this does occur, SystmOne may be required to be restarted on the users workstation's. Once SystmOne has been restarted the button should then be removed.
Now that you have removed the Black Pear Core button you may also need to remove the PyrusConnectResponder service from your SystmOne Gateway. If so please see the following link:-
