Occasionally, notifications for example ambulance forms will fail to send for various reasons. Black Pear get notified for every failed notification to ensure that the issue is addressed as soon as possible. To resend a failed notifications yourself, please follow the steps below:
1) On the service home page, at the top you will see a link indicating if there any unsent notifications
2) If this is 1 or above, click on the Click here link to gain access to this:
3) Select the Failed notifications tab
4) Click the Reset button for each failed notification
Should the notification continue to fail to send, please contact email@example.com and they will investigate this further.
