Creating a record within a GP practice

You will need to login to Pyrusium following these instructions:

Once in the required app:

1. Open your patient in the clinical system and click the refresh button:

or click on the find patient button and complete criteria to find your patient:

2. Select your patient from the patient list

3. Click the plus button next to the form you wish to create:

4. Populate the form as required and Save the record
