Where a list of Active Problems is pulled from SystmOne this only shows items marked as Major Active Problems and does not pull through Summary items.
To promote a summary item to a problem:
1) Within the patient record, select the Summary & Family History from the left-hand clinical panel
2) Select the item you wish to promote to a problem and right click it
3) Click Promote to Problem:
The item will now appear in the Major Active Problems within SystmOne and the next time the patient is retrieved within the Care Plan the problems will be imported.
