Which code should users have in their Black Pear account?

The code used depends on the way in which the service is being used:

1) If they are logging into a clinical system and then connecting Pyrusium to access the Black Pear form, they MUST have the organisation code held within their clinical system within their Black Pear account

2) If they are logging in via a browser they can use any code - we recommend the ODS code of their organisation

3) If they are using contextual launch from within SystmOne, the organisation code that they have used to set up the URL must correspond with the code in their Black Pear account - this does NOT necessarily have to be the code that is held within the clinical system

Note: a Black Pear account can have multiple codes assigned
