Notifications: Changes to Care Plans (with pyrusConnect)

This process describes what happens when a shared care record is changed outside of the GP practice where the practice is connected to a pyrusConnect service.  If the practice connection has temporarily failed then the notification procedure outlined here will be followed:


When a carer from outside of a GP practice updates any element of the record, the patient's GP practice will receive an email notification indicating that the GP record has been automatically updated with the changes.  The email will look similar to the following:
