To troubleshoot this issue:
1) Please log in to the Vision360 portal: https://vision360.inps.gpsoc.nhs.uk/clinical-portal
Username: email address within Vision staff configuration
Password: offline password
If you can login successfully, then these are the correct credentials for that first box.
2) If your login is failing, it should show the reason why.
3) If your account is locked, you will either need to ask INPS to unlock your account or ask the person who has required Vision360 permissions to log in to the portal.
4) Once logged in, go to: Organisation Services -> User
5) From there, if they search for you, they will then be able to unlock your account and reset the password if required.
