Black Pear will prompt the third party for the required information at the start of each stage.
Support:
For support at every stage, online support will be provided by the Ops team via direct email, support@blackpear.com or Slack. We cannot guarantee a response for other communication methods.
Where online support is not sufficient, meetings can be arranged via project management and not via a direct request to an engineer. We require working 5 days' notice; we will always endeavour to arrange these as quickly as possible.
Timelines:
Agreed questionnaire work and environment configuration will be implemented within 8 weeks; we will always endeavour to deliver as quick as possible.
Engineering development work will be subject to prioritisation and individual timelines will be provided as tasks are accepted into our work schedule.
Beta environment delivery
1. Contract signed for beta environment [Black Pear BD and Third Party]. Information required from third party:
- Company name, URL, ODS code
- Product name and description
- Technical contact
- Endpoints required
2. Usage plan produced and deployed to beta environment [Black Pear Engineering]. Information required from third party:
- generic email address for notification emails regarding usage
3. JWKS endpoint details for third party authentication configured in beta [Black Pear Ops]. Information required from third party:
- JWKS endpoint for the key used to sign the client assertion
- iss claim to be used within the subject token
- JWKS endpoint for the key used to sign the subject token
4. Details of endpoints and sample postman collection suitable for the use case will be provided to the third party to help with development. A generic write-back questionnaire will be provided containing one free text box. The default PDF containing the free text written back will be enabled for write-back. [Black Pear Ops]
5. A bespoke questionnaire will be developed to enable the write-back required for the third party use-case. During development, screenshots can be provided as required. Information required from third party:

Production environment delivery
