On creating an account an email is sent out automatically. These do however expire so in order to regenerate the password reset email, the user can click on the the Forgotten Password link on the login box or the following steps can be performed by a support user:
1. Highlight Users in the left hand pane:
2. Select the criteria to be searched on from the drop down list:
3. Enter the search criteria and then click the Search button
4. Left click the user you wish to generate a password reset email for and select the Email password reset option:
This will change the text as follows to Password reset instructions sent:
