Cancelling an appointment

Cancelling an appointment can either be performed at the GP practice or at the extended hours hub.

1. Click the View button for the appointment you wish to cancel:

2. Click the Cancel Appointment button:

3. Enter a reason for cancelling the appointment and press the Cancel Appointment button:

This will post a cancelled appointment code back to the attached clinical system along with the cancellation reason.
