Issue
We have had reports of users at practices advising that the consultation was hidden from the Online Patient Record.
This is due to the API connection within SystmOne not set to “Visible in online Record” by default. The following guide should be able to assist users in resolving this.
An example of the issue can be seen below:-
Guide
To start, within SystmOne go to Setup -> Mobile Working & Integration -> Device Manager.
On the Device Manager view there should be a number of connections that have previously been approved on SystmOne.
To make it easier to see all connections that have been approved for Black Pear, simply click the Provider drop down menu and select Core (Black Pear). This should now filter the connections for all Core (Black Pear) connections.
You should now find that the list has been filtered so only Core (Black Pear) connections are shown.
As you can see when selecting each of the connections the details of the connections are displayed on the right hand side. This also shows the “Visible in online record” unticked.
To resolve this right click on the connection on the left hand side and select “Visible in online record”
You will then be presented with a Question relating the core connections. Simply click YES to proceed.
When viewing the connection again you will now see that this now shows the “Visible in online record” as ticked.
Should there be any issues please do not hesitate to contact Black Pear via email Support@Blackpear.com
