Occasionally when activating the EMIS Partner Product the error message "The given key is not present in the dictionary" displays. To fix, reset your API password and check the settings:
1) Within EMIS, go to System Tools - EMAS Manager
2) Click Partner API on LHS and search for Black Pear eRA, Black Pear Core and Black Pear Pyrusium. Ensure Activate Application is ticked for the appropriate products. (eRA requires Black Pear eRA and Black Pear Pyrusium / eSP requires Black Pear Core and Black Pear Pyrusium).
3) Click the Edit Users button and select yourself in the list. Ensure you are ticked and click the Change Password link.
4) Change the API password. You do not need to remember this - it is used internally between systems.
5) Click the Login Access button and select yourself in the list. Ensure Auto Login and Allow Login is ticked.
6) Retry logging into Pyrusium. To activate the partner product, use your EMIS login and password (NOT the API password that you have just reset).
